Psychodynamic therapy
Therapy for deeper, lasting change
Psychodynamic therapy is a collaborative, in-depth approach that goes beyond managing symptoms. Rather than focusing only on what you do, it explores why, uncovering the underlying patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others.
This type of therapy is well-suited for people who want to understand themselves more deeply and create lasting change. Sessions are typically weekly and last 45–50 minutes.

What we might work on
Therapy with Dr. Masood is tailored to your individual experience, but common themes include:
- Depression and persistent low mood
- Anxiety and chronic worry
- Relationship difficulties: patterns that keep repeating
- Life transitions: career changes, loss, identity shifts
- Trauma and its lasting effects
- Low self-esteem and self-criticism
- Grief and loss
- Feeling stuck or unfulfilled
You do not need a specific diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek it simply because something feels off and they want to understand it more clearly.
